"Birth is an experience a mother will remember for the rest of her life..."
Louise Self
Licensed Midwife
Since the sudden decrease in out of hospital birthing options both here in Abq and S.F, there has been an increase in women looking into homebirth options, I have added additional spaces for due dates to help support the women in our community. My practice fills very quickly, typically soon after women find out they're pregnant! Beginning the process of interviewing/setting up a consult is highly recommended soon after pregnancy confirmation.
As you consider your options, especially if you've only ever received care or birthed in a birth center and perhaps would not have ever considered a homebirth, Please first read:
Is homebirth right for you?
